Discover the Exciting New Character Feixiao in Honkai: Star Rail's Latest Update!

Honkai: Star Rail has launched a marketing campaign for a new character named Feixiao, who will debut in version 2.5 or later. Feixiao was introduced before the release of version 2.3, when the developers hinted at the end of the Penacony arc. The character Sushang mentioned Feixiao, stating that she is more trustworthy than Jing Yuan. However, the connection between these characters has yet to be revealed.

Before introducing new characters, Honkai: Star Rail initiates marketing campaigns to give players a glimpse of their outfits. These campaigns always reveal the characters' elements and rarities, as well as which of the seven paths they will belong to in the game. This strategy by HoYoverse generates excitement and increases the hype around new characters.

The latest marketing campaign confirmed that Feixiao is a five-star character specializing in the Wind element and belongs to the Hunt path, indicating that her abilities will focus on dealing single-target damage. The campaign shows Feixiao wielding a sword and a long staff resembling a flag. Her weapon could be a "gun sword," as there is a small gun attached to the hilt. She wears knee-high boots, a white belt, and a traditional dress.

Details about Feixiao's abilities are still limited, but her path suggests that she will be an excellent choice for taking down bosses and elite enemies. Like other Hunt characters, she will serve as the main DPS. Rumors suggest that Feixiao will make her debut in version 2.5, which is expected to be released later this year.

Feixiao is described as a warrior whose skill set includes Weakness Break and follow-up attacks. Reliable leaks indicate that she will work well with characters such as Asta, Aventurine, and Topaz. As a Hunt character, her abilities will likely offer minimal AoE damage.

In addition to Feixiao, Honkai: Star Rail will introduce Lingsha, Moze, Rappa, Aglaea, and Zaika. These playable characters will reportedly be central to the next story arc, which will take place in Xianzhou Lufou. They have not yet appeared in the main storyline, but many fans expect them to be featured in an event in version 2.4 later this month. This limited-time event, Xianzhou Wardance, is rumored to introduce players to the Imaginary March 7th.
