This information appeared on the website of Philippine TV-channel ABS-CBN. Philippines signed a law according to which esports is now an official kind of sports. For such teams as TnC Pro Team and Execration the door to esports becomes wide open.

Also, the teams that want to participate in any event in Philippines will go through an easier process of getting visa than previously. Ermar Benitez, the major juridical consultant in games and entertainment, commented this situation by telling that the state should bring esports to the new level and it will protect the rights and interests of esportsmen.
