ESforce lost 70%

Mail.ru Group published a financial report for the past year. It stated that ESforce, the holding of which includes Virtus.pro and RuHub, was valued at $ 30,000,000 (1,800,000,000 rubles). Recall that Mail.ru Group purchased it for $ 100,000,000 (6,300,000,000 rubles). Thus, the asset lost its value by 70%.

Last summer, information appeared that Modern Pick had an interest in buying 51% of ESforce. At that time, the estimated value of the e-sports holding was $ 110,000,000.

In February, it became known that the parties could not reach a mutual agreement, and one of those wishing to acquire ESforce was the financial conglomerate Sberbank.
