The organizers of PGL Open Bucharest gave out direct invites to the closed qualifiers for North and South America, Europe, CIS, SEA, and China. Also, the organizers announced the dates of qualifiers of each region.

The LAN-finals will take place on September 19 – 22 in Bucharest, Romania. 8 teams, two of which have got direct invites, will compete for the prize pool of $300,000 and the points, necessary to get to The International. It should be mentioned that the championship will be played without spectators.
