ZywOo has been nominated for the title of the best esports player of the year according to The Game Awards

The Game Awards ceremony unveiled this year's nominees, featuring five categories dedicated to the realm of esports.

The nominations for The Game Awards 2023 in esports include:

• Best Esports Player: ZywOo (CS:GO/CS2), Faker (LoL), Demon1 (Valorant), HyDra (Call of Duty), Ruler (LoL), ImperialHal (Apex Legends).
• Best Coach: Potter (Valorant), Zonic (CS:GO/CS2), Graham (Overwatch), XTQZZZ (CS:GO/CS2), Homme (LoL).
• Best Esports Tournament: BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023, EVO 2023, Worlds 2023, The International 2023, VALORANT Champions 2023.
• Best Esports Team: Evil Geniuses (Valorant), Fnatic (Valorant), Team Vitality (CS:GO/CS2), Gaimin Gladiators (Dota 2), JD Gaming (LoL).
• Best Esports Game: CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant, PUBG Mobile.The inclusion of Rémi XTQZZZ Kone in the Best Coach category sparked interest. His return to Team Vitality surprised the community given the absence of major wins in 2023. His notable contribution was Vitality's preparation for the BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023.

The Game Awards 2023 ceremony is expected to take place on the night of December 8.
