RMR EventsPassion UA's coach, Mikhail "Kane" Blagin, accused EC Kostroma's lineup of cheating after their team suffered defeat in the 1/256 finals of the open qualifiers for the PGL Major Copenhagen RMR in CS 2. This was conveyed by the former NAVI mentor in his message.

However, he did not specify who exactly was involved. EC Kostroma defeated Passion UA with a score of 13:8 on the Anubis map. Kane's team was eliminated from the initial stage of the RMR qualifying tournament.
The open qualifiers for the PGL Major Copenhagen RMR in Europe are taking place online from January 8th to 15th. Participants like Heroic, PARIVISION, and Nemiga Gaming are contending for slots in the closed stage of the competition, where the participants of the first CS 2 major will be determined.
